The refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Several types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept goods that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or incomplete refund

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially returned. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, contact us at {email address}.

Products on offer

Only products with a regular price can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {email address}. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased or the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return. To return your item, you must send your item to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary. If you're returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
