You can pick up your orders in two different ways:

  1. Shipment by courrier.

With this delivery method, you can only pay for your purchases by depositing them into a bank account at one of the contracted banks.

Before the shipment we will contact you.

Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped by us in 1 to 2 days with delivery to you the next (2 to 3 days) as long as it has been entered by 14:00 and of course the product is available in our warehouse (products with availability of less than 2 pieces may be out of stock before we inform the warehouse of our website) in this case we send it the next day but it may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier.

In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you still want us to deliver the order to you.We will send you this item immediately after receiving it in our warehouse.

  • The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available.

In the products that we exhibit in our online store there are some cases where the supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinued or not readily available. In this case we will contact you directly to give you all alternatives.

  • In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order
  • In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone or e-mail.

If there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment because, for example, your details you have entered are not correct.

  • If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled and you have paid the amount via bank account or credit card, we will contact you and refund the amount in full.
  • In all cases we will contact you personally our aim is to keep you satisfied and safe.

A product is missing or not what I ordered.

In case a product is missing or something is wrong in your order please call us at 26710 so that we can find a solution for you immediately.

  • If the mistake is ours, we take responsibility immediately and will send you the item as soon as possible at no charge.
  • If it is a product that is not currently available in our warehouse, we will let you know when we expect it and whether there will be a possible charge for the transport.
